Cody Golf in 2nd after Day 1 of Park County Shootout

The Cody Bronc Golf team currently sits in second place after Day 1 of the Park County Shootout.

It’s hard to believe, but fall sports are officially underway in the Cowboy state as seven teams battle it out on the courses of Cody and Powell.

On the boys side:

Hunter Hall leads the way for the Broncs, shooting a first round 75, good for 3rd place individually.

Thermopolis’s Hardy Johnson had the day 1 low score of 67 with Worland’s Karsten Simmons in second with a 70.

As a team the Cody Golf team shot a day 1 total of 343, that’s good for 2nd place.

Worland is in first with Thermopolis 3rd.

On the girls side:

Adelie Hall leads the way for the Cody Fillies with a 118 first round score, that’s good for 8th.

Sheridan leads the way as a team with a 293, Lovell is one stroke behind.

Lovell’s Erika Cook leads the way for the girls individually with a 75 first round score.
