Cody Police: Car Stolen Overnight, Public Assistance Sought

The Cody Police Department is requesting the public come forward with any information they may have about a stolen Toyota Prius V.

The vehicle was stolen from the 1800 block of Bleistein Avenue late Thursday or early Friday, police said on their Facebook page.

Police say the white 2013 Toyota Prius V can be identified by a five-inch scratch from the rear passenger side door to the rear quarter panel or by the license plate #11P20842.

Officials say someone unlawfully entered and rummaged through several other unlocked vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the Prius.
