Written by on November 12, 2019

Cody’s Kampgrounds of America Holiday Campground has earned two national awards.

In a ceremony during KOA’s Annual International Conference in Savannah, Georgia yesterday, KOA President and CEO Toby O’Rourke presented the Holiday Campground the President’s Award and the Founder’s Award.

The KOA President’s Award is presented to campgrounds who meet and exceed KOA’s quality standards and receive high customer service scores from guests, after reviewing the thousands of surveys submitted by campers each year.

The Founder’s Award is KOA’s highest service award, named in honor of KOA founder Dave Drum who created the first KOA site along the Yellowstone River in Billings. The award is given exclusively to KOA campground owners and managers who achieve world-class scores for both customer service and the KOA Quality Review.

These awards are driven by the feedback and satisfaction of tourists and campers, which places Cody’s Holiday Campground amongst the greatest KOA campgrounds in the world.
