The Northern Wyoming News reports the Washakie County commissioners, after receiving nine applications and interviewing four candidates, made an offer to Kami Neighbors, who accepted late last week, Commission Chairman Fred Frandson said.
Neighbors will begin duties on April 22. She still must complete a background check with the Homeland Security and receive a formal appointment by Governor Mark Gordon.
