Your opportunity to showcase and sell your goods/products/services to women from all over the
Big Horn Basin and Beyond!
- Vendor is responsible for all necessary set up equipment except tables.
- All fees must be paid in full prior to booth set up.
- Each booth will have 1 eight-foot table & 2 chairs. 10×10 in size
- Set-up times are Friday, October 25th from 12 noon to 5PM (unless special arrangements have been made) and Saturday, October 26th from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Electricity will be available at an additional cost of $30 per booth.
Please order electricity when booking your booth space with your representative.
- All booths must be properly manned during hours of the show.
- NO subletting booth space. One business only per booth space sold.
- All vendor merchandise or displays must stay within designated booth space.
- No vendor merchandise or displays may extend into designated aisles or walkways.
- No display may block exits.
- No vendor may distribute leaflets or literature outside of their designated booth space, including vehicles in the parking lot.
- Booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:30 a.m. on Sat, Oct 26th.
- Layout of the show (i.e: booth placement) is subject to change with growth of the show.
You will receive an email prior to the event with a confirmation number as well as a reminder of set up times and balance owed.
Please check in at the front doors for your booth # and we can show you where you will be placed.
