Filly Cross Country 1st (Again), Broncs 2nd in Powell

The Cody Cross Country teams were in Powell last Friday competing in their final meet of the regular season.
The Fillies would pace themselves to another first place finish. With that win the Fillies have swept the regular season, winning every event they’ve competed in.
The Fillies had five runners finishing in the top six, led by Ava Stafford finighing first individually with a time of 19:43. Mekenzie Clark was second with a time of 19:59. Taylen Stinson, Kinley Bollinger and Keira Jackson would finished 4th through 6th, respectively, in that order.
To say the Fillies are riding high into the post-season is an understatement.
On the boys side, the Broncs would put up a strong showing as well, as they finished 2nd as a team, behind Lander.
Charlie Hulbert would lead the way for the Broncs finishing fourth place individually with a time of 17:11. David Juergens was sixth with a time of 17:22.
