GoFundMe Effort Aids Asher Family

$6500 has been raised in just a week through a GoFundMe campaign to assist a Powell family after their teenage son was in a pickup crash last week.
Powell High School quarterback Ethan Asher is in the hospital after injuries suffered in a truck crash last Tuesday morning. Communities throughout Park County have hosted fundraisers and prayers have been offered in churches, at sports events and on social media.
A Facebook post by the family Monday reported that surgery on his spine yesterday was successful, but Ethan is still in a coma, after suffering injuries to his head and back in the one-vehicle rollover that occurred outside of Powell.
