Jimmie Allen’s Agency Suspends Representation After Sexual Assault Allegations

Jimmie Allen has been facing legal trouble as he was sued for assault, sexual battery, and false imprisonment.

His talent agency has suspended him following the allegations. Variety reports his agency said, “We have suspended our representation of Jimmie Allen due to the recent allegations against him.”

While wanting to remain anonymous, the woman filed the claims at a federal court in Tennessee. Yahoo.com reports that “Over the course of 18 months as Allen’s day-to-day manager, she claims he repeatedly abused and harassed her.”

Allen provided a statement to WRDE Coast TV stating, “It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.”

Furthermore, in an article published by Yahoo.com, “Allen claims their sexual relationship “lasted for nearly two years” and during that time, the woman never “accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.”
These allegations all came to the surface after Jimmie Allen announced that he and his wife would be getting a divorce after being married for close to three years. They are also expecting their third child together later this year.
