Lady Warriors Open Soccer Season At Home

The Lady Warriors played their first game in nearly two years. They would open the season against a 4A school. The Sheridan Lady Broncs.

Emma Hunt, a Freshman who started for the Lady Warriors, was in the 7th grade the last time she played soccer for her school.

The three Sophomores that started were also in Middle School the last time they played for their school. Peyton Erlenbaugh, Carly Venable, and Goal Keeper Brenna Argeris.

The Junior starters: Chauntea Mocko, Braelyn Robertson, Carly Yule, and Morgan Wagner made for a young Worland team.

Anchored by the Senior Captain’s Kylie Warren and Tymberlynn Crippen. As well as Senior Logan Yule.

Lady Warrior Head Coach Danielle Warren was pleased with the progress from the first game. She would say during her interview on KWOR after the game.

Senior Captain Kylie warren would score the lone goal for the Lady Warriors with 14:57 remaining in the game.

Worland would lose the home opener to the 4A Sheridan Lady Broncs 4-1
