Lundvall “Celebrates” 20 Years Since Life-Altering Accident

A life-altering accident 20 years ago has actually made a positive difference in the life of a local woman.
That’s what Ashlee Lundvall will talk about at an event this Saturday at the Wynona Thompson Auditorium in Cody. Ashlee will be, in her words, celebrating the ranching accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down when she was just 16 years old.
Lundvall spoke to listeners of KODI’s Partyline show earlier this week, and explained that the accident that many would have considered the end of her life actually launched her into a position to make a positive difference in the lives of others. And that’s the message she says she wants to get across to the audience on Saturday.
Lundvall says the event that she will be speaking at Saturday celebrates community. The fundraiser for Veritas Academy, an alternative Christian school in Cody, will begin at 2, but Ashlee’s presentation will begin at 3. Tickets are $10, there will be games and prizes, as well as a raffle, with the proceeds going to support the school.
