New Equipment at Kiwanis Park in Worland

With wet weather to clear out soon — the City of Worland continues to bring updates — in the form of new equipment — to local parks.
Director of Public Works Brian Burky is excited about the newest additions at Kiwanis Park.
Burky also gave an update on work happening at Green Hills Golf Course. A new women’s tee was built on the par-3 14th hole, the renovation will now make the course a par-72, just as it is for the men. Burky feels as though it will be a welcome change for the women golfers who call Green Hills home.
The golf course is under new management this year — the company is Propper Golf Management — run by former head professional Mike Propp. The course also has a new head professional in Donnie Bjorhus — who joined Propper Golf and Green Hills from Thermopolis.
