The Yellowstone Quake hockey team is hard at work in preparation of the 2021-22 season. The Quake as announced have hired on CJ Sweigart as their new head coach and Daniel Zawacki will be joining on as an assistant. The Quake are hard at work filling out a roster for the next season and today a look at the off-season transactions the Quake have made up to this point. This page will be updated with new signings through the off-season.

July 19th

The Quake announced the signing of Javen Heidergott. Heidergott is a 6’1 185 pound defenseman. He played for both the Texas Jr Brahmas and Boston Jr Rangers in 2020-21.

June 29th

The Quake officially welcomed back Cole Whitman to the program. Whitman is a 5’8 160 pound Forward.

June 27th

The Quake announced that Evan Richards would be joining the team for the upcoming season. Richards is a 6’2 165 pound Forward from Monarch High School.

June 25th

The Yellowstone Quake announced that Keegan Ferguson would be returning to the team for the 21-22 season. Ferguson is a 5’10 150 pound forward.

May 6th

Quake Hockey announced that Brandon Kididis will be returning to the club for the 21-22 season. Kididis is a 6’1 180 pound forward.

May 3rd

Quake Hockey announced that Luc Haggit will be joining the team for the upcoming season. Haggit is a 6’1 190 pound goalie who played for Gillette a season ago.

May 2nd

Quake Hockey announced that Gabe Huntley would be returning for the 21-22 season. Huntley is a 5’8 160 pound forward.

April 29th

Quake Hockey announced that they had drafted Forward Austin Douma in this year’s NA3HL draft. Douma comes from Lowell Caledonia, MI. He had 34 points in 17 games played last season.

April 28th

Quake Hockey announced a Tender Signing with AJ King, a 5’9, 155 lbs forward. In the NAPHL 16U, he played 20 games and scored 11 points.

IN the USHA, King had 44 points in 38 games played.

April 27th

Quake Hockey announced that Joey Epplin will be returning for the 21-22 season. He’s a 6’0 170 pound defensemen.

April 21

The Quake are also excited to announce the Tender Agreement of Forward Cameron Deforest! Cam comes to the Quake from the Ohio Jr. Blue Jackets AAA program and the Hilliard Wildcats– recording 26 points in 27 games played last season!

We are excited to announce our first Tender Agreement of the Season!

Ethan Blackburn (G) 6’3” 181lbs.

While at the Rocky Mountain Rough Riders U18AAA, Ethan won a State and District Championship and is currently headed to USAH Nationals all while posting a 1.26GAA and a .935SV%
