South Fork Man Arraigned on Charges against Minor

An arraignment is scheduled Monday for a South Fork man charged by the Park County District Attorney’s Office with attempting to coerce a minor into prostitution in exchange for payments on a vehicle.
The Park County District Attorney’s Office’s felony charge against Kenneth “Val” Geissler carries up to five years in jail and a $5,000 fine. Geissler is also accused of forcibly kissing a minor, a misdemeanor carrying up to six months in jail and $750.
Geissler’s bond conditions prohibit him from leaving Park County, having contact with minors, entering Cassie’s or setting foot at any school or school property.
The arraignment hearing is 3 p.m. in Park County District Court.
