The Worland Warriors Football team lost a hard-fought battle to Lander this past Friday 31-13.

The win by Lander put them in the top 5 this week for the first time this season.

The Warriors are 3-4 this season all four of their losses have come against ranked teams.

Cody is number 1, Douglas is ranked 3, Buffalo is currently 4th, and Lander, with the win over Worland, moves to 5th in Wyoming 3A Football.

Star Valley 2nd is the only ranked team Worland has not faced.
