WATCH: Man in Alaska Befriends Local Moose

While it’s true that moose kill more people than bears, not all moose are threatening as one man in Alaska found out.
This man walked outside in his yard to find a baby moose apparently without the rest of its family. After spending a few minutes cautiously watching the moose, the man decided to try and get a little closer after seeing the moose didn’t seem upset.
In a very cool encounter, the man was able to reach his hand out and the moose gave it a little lick before walking away. Obviously, it is not recommended to get this close to a moose, but in this situation, a pretty cool experience came out of it.
