West Park Recognized for Advances in Technology

West Park Hospital District was recently recognized as a “Most Wired Hospital.”
According to results of the 19th Annual Health Care’s Most Wired® survey, technology is making it easier for patients and providers to interact, improving communication, safety and patient-provider relationships. West Park Hospital District was recognized for implementing an electronic health record throughout its organization.
The Hospital’s Information Services Director, Arek Shennar, says that they are using their technology to its fullest capability, adding that the technology found there is equivalent to urban hospitals around the country.
