Andy Junkin will be the Keynote Speaker at this year’s event, he’s a motivational speaker focused on family farm management. Farm management shouldn’t be a head butting contest between generations & siblings, but in some way, shape, or form it often is. Andy works hard to improve how farm families make decision together, thereby increasing profitability. His focus in not on telling families WHAT to do, but on improving HOW they make decisions together as a team and how they deal with change.
LeAnn Baker — Washakie Development Association Director asked Mr. Junkin on Wake Up Worland’s Community Connections program — “who is Andy Junkin?”

Junkin will give his presentation and offer expertise to those in attendance about farm succession and management. He has authored 4 books, written multiple pieces for farming magazines and you can find more on his website at www.agriculturestartegy.com
