Cody Regional Health’s new offering is a better way to get better care.

The Emergency Medical Services of Cody Regional Health has launched a new Transfer Center, not only for Cody and Park County but for the entirety of the Bighorn Basin. All the hospitals and medical providers in the Basin will be using one phone number for all Cody patient transfers.

Thanks to the efforts of Cody Regional Health EMS Director Philip Franklin and other, The Cody Regional Health Transfer Center “one call” phone number is now available.

Everyone can call to reach a transfer center coordinator, 7-days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Calls placed after that time will be directed to Cody Regional Health’s Acute Care Unit clerks, who have also received the training to make this possible.

It’s another life-saving step to ensure patients receive the highest quality care anywhere in the Bighorn Basin.
