AAU National Middle School Wrestling Championships

Team Wyoming Gold traveled to Iowa to wrestle in AAU NATIONAL Middle School Duals April 1-2 2023.
Team Wyoming, which featured several Cody grapplers, won the Silver Bracket Championship and went 6-2 on the weekend.
Gabe Grant (130lbs) got to be a part of Team Wyoming Gold. He also went 6-2 and won the All American Bronze Award!

One is where coach Hernandez sang the national anthem. Stephanie Boren:
“This was one of my favorite parts of the examples set for the kids! Way to represent Wyoming coach Hernandez!” After listening to a recording several times coach Hernandez decided to volunteer to sing the national anthem.
