After 9 Weeks The Warriors Stay At Number 2

Wyoming 3A Boys Basketball began Week 9 this Tuesday with a 66-33 win for Lovell over Thermopolis in the West Conference.

In the East, the Torrington Trailblazers beat the Rawlins Outlaws 46-45.

The Warriors are 12-3 overall and 3-0 in Conference.

Wyoming 3A number 2 ranked Worland will travel to Powell on Friday and face the number 3 ranked Panthers at 7:00 pm at Panther Gymnasium.

Saturday the Warriors will be in Lovell to play the Bulldogs.

The Warriors continue to hold onto the Number 2 spot in the latest WyoPreps Coaches and Media Boys Basketball Poll

Douglas leads the Polls with 18 first-place votes.

Worland is at number 2 followed by Powell, Lander, and Lyman.

The Warriors have beaten the 3rd, 4th, and 5th-ranked teams.

Douglas has lost to Lander but has beaten Wyoming 4A number 1 ranked Cheyenne East and 4A number 4 ranked Cheyenne Central.

The KWOR rankings have Worland 1, Douglas 2, Powell 3, Lander 4, and Buffalo 5.
