Amber Alert Issued Throughout The State For Idaho Boy

An Amber Alert has been issued to the entire state of Wyoming for a missing 6-year-old Kingston James Solis from Idaho. Kingston was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans, and grey shoes. Kingston is 4 feet, 80 pounds.
The suspect is Lucy Elna Mendoza, a white female, 5 feet, 130pounds, black hair with brown eyes. The vehicle is a white 2018 Kia Stinger Hatchback with an Idaho plate ROXIEE.
