Banjo Fire Extinguished Quickly

A rapidly moving fire was put out in one day near Worland.
The Banjo Fire was sparked by lightning on Friday and moved rapidly due to strong winds, eventually burning almost 3400 acres.
The Worland Fire Protection District reports that area firefighters, four single engine air tankers and a type 3 helicopter were able to control the fire.
