Boys Warrior 3A State Championship Cross Country Results

The Worland Warrior Boys Cross Country team competed in the 3A State Championship This past Thursday. Braving the cold but sunny day in Afton Wyoming. Leading the way for the Warriors was Sophmore Jack Bishop finishing 23rd with a time of 18:27.1 followed by teammate Senior Marcus Wiley at 25th with a finishing time of 18:33.9. Rounding out the Warrior runners was Senior Boe Nicholas 29th, Senior Gavin McColloch 36th, Jack Wassum finished 46th. With finishes by Sophmore Kobe Swain 47th and Sophmore Melvin Croft. The Worland Boys team finished 6th overall with 159 points. Peter Vissel representing Star Valley High School finished 1st with a time of 15:48.8. There were 106 runners in this years event. Lander Valley took home the team title with 45 total points.
