Brian Schroeder, the Superintendent of Wyoming Schools, was on SYP talking about the USDA wanting new guidelines for states to follow if they want Fed money for lunch programs. Superintendent Schroeder said that 25 states have resisted and if they need to and the AG sees fit, they will sue the Federal Government over the mandate. He also said that Wyoming has enough money in its coffers to cover the costs of the food program for students.
