The Cody wrestling team was up in Bozeman, Mont. for the Tom LeProwse Invite, over the weekend.
The Broncs would be the highest placing Wyoming team at the Invite, finishing 11th. Worland was 12th while Powell came in 19th. Billings Senior would win the event.
The Broncs had six wrestlers finish in the top eight.
According to Head Coach, Trev Wood “Overall – a pretty good weekend for the Broncs where we met some excellent competition to help us gage where we want and need to be in the immediate future.”
Trey Smith was the highest placing Bronc, finishing in 2nd at 113 pounds.
Jackson Wood would finish in 6th place at 152 pounds.
Collin Lindemann was 7th at 170.
Grayson Beaudrie was 3rd at 182.
Jace Grant was 7th at 205 and Danny Becker finished 4th at 285.
