Written by on March 12, 2019

Commercial bus service is returning to the Big Horn Basin.

A motorcoach carrier based out of Norfolk, Nebraska, will begin a new route from Cheyenne to Billings beginning next month. According to Janice Johnson, Director of Administrative Operations for Express Arrow, the company is working with the Wyoming Department of Transportation to bring scheduled bus service back to the area.

She says bus service will run Monday through Thursday, with northbound routes on Monday and Wednesday, and southbound Tuesday and Thursday. Stops are currently scheduled in Cody, Greybull, Basin, Lovell, Thermopolis and Shoshoni.

Travelers can book tickets either online at expressarrow.com, or purchase them at the bus depot in Billings or at the Basin Laundromat.
