Whether you’re ready or not, Christmas is less than 3 weeks away.

For many, this is the busiest time of the year as people scramble around buying gifts, attending holiday parties, and decorating their homes. While all of this is important, it’s essential to take a step back when you have the chance and enjoy the beauty that the holidays bring. Have you put your tree up yet? If you haven’t, consider yourself “late to the party.” KZMQ asked their listeners to submit pics of their Christmas tree and here are a few of the submissions:

At this point, many towns in the state have put on their annual Christmas parade. Every year, people gather on the side of the streets to watch some of their different community organizations create holiday floats. These floats are judged by a panel of people and a parade is a great event that the whole family can enjoy. Here are some images from Powell’s Christmas Parade that took place last weekend:

So what are some holiday events to look forward to? This weekend has a full slate of events! Let’s start with the Skip Ewing Christmas concert that is going to be taking place at the Cody Cattle Company this Thursday. The following day, you can catch the Cody Music Club performing at The United Methodist Church. Finally, the Rocky Mountain Dance Theatre will celebrate 25 years of The Nutcracker at the Wynona Thompson Auditorium.

The holidays can be a stressful time, but don’t forget to soak in all the magic this season brings!
