Cody Alpine and Nordic Ski Team Schedules

The High School Winter sports season is just around the corner. Over the next couple of days I’ll be taking a look at each of Cody’s Winter sports teams schedules to give you a little insight into what to expect. Today, we’re taking a look at the Cody Alpine and Nordic Ski teams and key dates.

The Cody Nordic Ski teams began practice on Monday the 14^th while the Alpine Ski teams will begin practicing for the upcoming season on Monday November 21^st.

Both Ski teams will compete primarily on the road this season but do host one of their own events.

The Nordic Skiers get competition underway with the Laramie Mixed Skate Relay at Laramie on December 9^th and 10^th.

The Nordic Skiers will host their own event on February 10^th and 11^th.

The State Meet will take place February 24^th and 25^th in Jackson.

The Alpine Skiers won’t have their first competition of the season until the weekend of January 6^th and 7^th in Laramie.

They host their own invited the weekend of January 27^th and 28^th up in Red Lodge.

State will take place the weekend of March 3^rd and 4^th in Jackson.
