Cody Fillies Defeat Cheyenne East in the State Semi-Finals

After defeating Campbell County in the 1st round at State the Fillies were then matched up with a familiar foe in the Semi-Finals, Cheyenne East.
This was a match-up many thought would be the State Championship. This was the 3rd year in a row the Fillies would face East in the State Tournament.
After losing to East in the Championship the last 2 years the Fillies finally got their revenge as they would come away with the 63-45 victory!
Molly Hays led the way with 23 points. Victory Bucka and Ally Boysen each had 12. Jessa Lynn and Reece Niemann each added 8.
The Fillies now advance to Saturday’s Championship game where they will face Thunder Basin/Sheridan.
The Title game will take place at 6:30pm and you can hear the call live on KODI.
