Cody High School Graduation Held Saturday

Cody High School held their 115th graduation commencement ceremony Saturday, May 27th at the Sweitzer Gym. 144 students received their diploma during the ceremony.
Several people spoke during the ceremony including salutatorian, Micah Idema, followed by a speech from valedictorian, Riley Nielson. The ceremony was led by principal, Jeremiah Johnston.

Kind, intelligent, fun, brave and talented are just a few of the words teachers used to describe the Cody High School Graduating class of 2023. This graduating class has numerous accolades including eleven state champion titles, the most recent being the Fillies Soccer State Championship. Members of the CHS class of 2023 plan to branch out to twenty-six states and eight countries, making a mark throughout the world.

Following the ceremony, the senior parents hosted a graduation party for the graduates at the Rec Center from 9pm till 2am. You can still view the graduation ceremony from the Cody High School on their Vimeo channel here.
