Cody Regional Health CEO Given Award

The CEO of Cody Regional Health was recently named Hospital CEO of the Year by an organization that leads the market in hospital management.
Quorum Health Resources recently named Doug McMillan their Hospital CEO of the Year award recipient. The consulting and management company serves more than 700 hospitals, and praised McMillan for his role in expanding and improving services at Cody Regional Health.
Ron Vigus, QHR Regional Vice President, pointed out that McMillan’s leadership over the past 21 years has resulted in dramatic improvements for Cody Regional Health in terms of adding multiple new services, providers and building improvements.
During the last year, CRH has opened a new orthopaedic clinic, developed a joint venture for a cath lab and expanded its cancer center. Additionally, during McMillan’s tenure, CRH has become one of the largest critical access hospitals in the country. CRH has over doubled their primary care and specialist physician’s team numbers.
