WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL OFFICIALLY GOT UNDERWAY FRIDAY NIGHT.
AFTER A SLUGGISH START THE CODY BRONCS RAN FOR 200 YARDS AND 3 TOUCHDOWNS IN THE SECOND HALF TO DEFEAT RIVERTON 28-6 AND OPEN THE SEASON 1-0. UP NEXT IS A ROAD MATCH-UP WITH WORLAND.

THE CODY VOLLEYBALL TEAM RETURNED TO ACTION OVER THE WEEKEND, HOSTING THE BORDER WARS TOURNAMENT. THE FILLIES WOULD FINISH THE 2-DAY STRETCH UNDEFEATED, 4-0. THEIR CLOSEST MATCH WAS A 3-2 VICTORY OVER PARK HIGH SCHOOL.
THE CODY SWIM TEAM WAS IN ACTION OVER THE WEEKEND HOSTING THE TERRY BARTLETT INVITATIONAL. CODY WOULD FINISH IN THIRD PLACE BEHIND 1ST PLACE POWELL AND 2ND PLACE BUFFALO.
THE CODY BRONCS GOLF TEAM WAS BACK IN ACTION LAST WEEK AT LOVELL AND THERMOPOLIS. CODY WOULD FINISH 4TH PLACE OVERALL.
INDIVIDUALLY THEY WERE LED BY LOGAN SCHUTZMAN WITH A 170 FOLLOWED BY HIS BROTHER CARTER WITH A 180.
UP NEXT: CODY PREPARES FOR THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE THIS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IN EVANSTON.
AND THE CODY FILLIES TENNIS TEAM CONTINUED THEIR SIZZLING START TO THE SEASON IN POWELL DEFEATING THE LADY PANTHERS 5 MATCHES TO 0. THE FILLIES ARE NOW 9-0 ON THE SEASON AND HAVE AN UNDEFEATED MATCH RECORD AT 45-0. MEANWHILE, THE BRONCS FELL TO POWELL 1-4 AND THEIR OVERALL MEET RECORD SITS AT 5-4.
UP NEXT: THE CODY TEAMS TRAVEL TO SHERIDAN ON TUESDAY AND HEAD COACH NORM SEDIG SAYS “IT’S GOING TO BE OUR FIRST BIG TEST FOR THE FILLIES. HOPEFULLY, WE CAN COME OUT ON TOP.”
