Cody Stampede Rodeo Attendance Expands to 2800 People

Written by on June 19, 2020

The stands at the Cody Rodeo Grounds just got a little fuller.

Today, the Cody Stampede Rodeo received a signed variance from the state, giving them permission to have a total of 2800 people at each night of the Cody Stampede Rodeo. That means that 2200 additional seats will soon be available for purchase every night from July 1st thru the 4th, in addition to the 600 initially permitted which have already been sold out.

The Cody Stampede Rodeo Board has been informed and is ecstatic that they will be able to host so large a crowd for their 101st annual show, but there are still a lot to work out before tickets are publicly available. The available seating will be spread out between the Grandstand, Buzzard Roost, and bleachers. The board continues to ask for and appreciate your patience and understanding as they navigate the necessary logistics to get seats available by next Monday, June 22nd.

Check the Cody Stampede Rodeo website and Facebook page for any updates as they become available.
