Cody Track 2023 Season Preview with Ada Nelson, Dillon Brost

The Cody Track and Field Teams are officially off and running for the 2023 season. It was a rough go of things early as Cody had their first 3 events of the season canceled due to weather but they’ve got a busy stretch ahead of them. Now with 2 events under their belts the track-sters are eager and raring to go. During their most recent Cody Invite I was able to catch up with a pair of runners Ada Nelson and Dillon Brost to get a gauge of where things stand early on. Ada on her mindset and how she’s approaching each race.

You can catch Ada, Dillon and the rest of the Cody Track teams back in action, Saturday, at the Powell Invite. The Cody Track teams then turn around and head to Sheridan, on Tuesday, for the Gary Benson Invite.
