Cody’s Drew Trotter Commits to Montana Tech

Written by on December 8, 2021

Drew Trotter, Cody High School Senior, took to Twitter Wednesday morning to announce that he’s officially committed to Montana Tech to play football.

Per his Twtter page, Trotter thanks his coaches and says “I am very excited to announce that I have committed to Montana Tech to continue my academic and athletic career!”

Trotter helped lead the Cody Bronc Football team to back-to-back state titles in 2021, an 11-0 record (program best) and ends his stellar career as a state champion.

Trotter, played the Wing Back position for the Broncs, a receiver/running back hybrid, ended the season as Cody’s leading receiver. He had 28 catches for 457 yards and 6 Touchdowns.

Rushing the football, Trotter had 85 carries for 616 total yards and 13 touchdowns.

Montana Tech is a part of the NAIA division of college football and plays in the Frontier Conference.

I’ll have more on this later.
