Cody’s Jackson Wood Earns All-State Honor

Earlier this week, the Wyoming Coaches Association announced the All-State Wrestlers for the 2020-21 season.
All-State honors are given to grapplers that finished top two in their respective weight class.
Jackson Wood is the lone Cody Bronc to earn all-state. Wood finished second at the State wrestling Championship at 160 pounds.
Looking at other area athletes to earn All-State. In Class 3A:
Powell- Seth Horton
Worland- Christian Peterson, Lane McBee and Luke Goncalves. Goncalves has earned all-state all four years.
In Class 2A:
Greybull/Riverside- Tate Clutter
Lovell- Myzek McArthur & Cardon Mickelson.
Rocky Mountain- Nathaniel Boreen
Thermopolis- Logan Cole, Roedy Farrell, Remington and Wyatt McDermott
