Colorado Man Sentenced in Cody Case

A Cody Police Department investigation has come to a conclusion with the sentencing of a Colorado man on charges of identity theft.
35 year old Randy Miller of Fort Collins was sentenced April 10th by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal, for misuse of a social security number and aggravated identity theft.
The case was investigated by the Cody Police Department and the U.S. Secret Service, but Miller was arrested in Fort Collins. He was sentenced to 48 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $252.28 in restitution.
