County Officials Discuss Importance of NRMP

Residents soon will be able to provide comments regarding Park County’s Natural Resource Management Plan.
County commissioners Dossie Overfield and Lloyd Thiel updated listeners about the NRMP on Friday morning on KODI’s “Speak Your Piece with Darian Dudrick.”
The NRMP – which includes emphasizing the county’s input on any federal plans for public lands in the county – is expected to be open for public review for 60 days on the county’s website within the next couple weeks.
