Delayed Full Opening for Sleeping Giant

A few details are left to be tied up before Sleeping Giant opens fully to the public this weekend.
Amy Woods, a representative of the ski hill, says that despite their best efforts, they won’t have everything quite ready for a full opening this weekend, as planned. The resort will be open today beginning at 9:30 a.m., but only the Bighorn Lift and Magic Carpet will be running.
Because the Sheepeater lift won’t be operational, the ski hill is offering half day prices for opening day, as well as an uphill track.
Woods says that skiers should keep checking the website skisg.com or Facebook and Instagram for up to date information about their opening this weekend.
