Event Tomorrow Assists Homeless Vets

The Cody Senior Center is shifting their focus slightly tomorrow for an event that will help more than just our elder population.
Tomorrow morning the Center is hosting a free pancake breakfast for homeless veterans. Pia Brauser, a board member for the Cody Council on Aging, says that while the breakfast will start at 7, a Stand-Down will be provided to homeless veterans tomorrow morning beginning at 9 a.m.
Representatives from the Sheridan VA Health Care Center will be on hand to provide resources such as haircuts, clothing, information on vocational services and shelter options, along with other community resources.
