Fillies Swim & Dive 2nd at State

The Cody Filly Swim and Dive team came home as the 3A State runner ups at the State meet over the weekend. The Fillies 2nd place finish at State is believed to be the highest place finish a swim team from Cody High School has had in over 40 years.
Tara Joyce would help lead the way for Filly Swim at State. Tara would win both the 200 free and 500 free while helping the Fillies to a first place finish in the 400 free relay and a second place finish in the 200 medley relay.
Megan and Ally Boysen were also a part of both the relay teams while Ally finished second in the 50 and 100 free. Megan took third in the 100 back and seventh in the 100 fly.
Brylee Allred would finish sixth in the 100 free and 100 breaststroke.
Aspen Kalkowski was the highest finish diver for Filly Swim finishing seventh.
