Filly Alpine Skiers 2nd, Broncs 3rd to Open Season

The Cody Alpine Skiers would take part in their first downhill event of the year over the weekend as they were in Laramie

After two full days of competition the Jackson Girls would finish in first with your Cody Fillies coming in second.

Individually, the Fillies were led by Allie Broussard in the Slalom, taking 3rd place while Aspen Kalkowski was 6th. Five Fillies would finish top 15.

In the Giant Slalom, Kalkowski was 7th with Broussard 8th while Gill Growney came in 12th and Kik Hayano was 13th. Catherine Lovera was 16th.

As for the boys, Jackson would again finish first with Cody coming in third.

Individually, the Broncs were led by Sterling Banks in the Slalom, taking 4th place while Logan Ross was 6th. Four Broncs finished in the top 20.

In the Giant Slalom, Ross led the way finishing 8th while Ryan Decker was 13th. Aidan and Sterling Banks finshed 22nd and 23rd.

Cody Alpine Skiers are scheduled to be in Casper this coming weekend.
