Filly Alpine Skiers 3rd in Casper, Broncs 4th

The Cody Alpine Ski team traveled over to Casper this weekend for the Bruce Studer Invitational at Hogadon Ski area.

The Fillies would take 3^rd place as a team while the Broncs finished in 4^th.

On Thursday, both teams would compete in the Giant Slalom race.

The Fillies got off to a strong start, Thursday, with 4 skiers finishing in the top 20.

Adaya Whitelock led the way with a time of 1:12.96, good for 6^th place.

Charlotte Conoway was 9^th with a time of 1:17.89.

Natalie Wnekie was 13^th and Sunday Schuh was 15^th.

As for the Broncs, on Thursday, they had 2 in the top 20.

Logan Ross led the way with a time of 1:08.17, good for 6^th place.

Joren Vipperman was 17^th.

On Friday, both teams competed in the Slalom Race.

The Fillies had 4 skiers finish in the top 15.

Adaya Whitelock led the way with a 7^th place individual finish with a time of 1:42.

Natalie Wenke would finish 12^th with a time of 1:52.17.

Sunday Schuh finished 16^th with a time of 1:59.73.

The Broncs had 2 skiers finish in the top 20.

Logan Ross led the way with a 4^th place finish, with a time of 1:29.18.

Joren Vipperman was 15^th with a time of 1:46.40.

Up Next: The Alpine Skiers will be back in action January 27^th and 28^th playing host to their own invite up at Red Lodge, Mont.
