Fire Danger Elevated in Yellowstone
Written by Andrew-Rossi on September 11, 2018
Fire danger has been elevated to very high in Yellowstone, due to continued warm and dry weather across the park and no significant cooling in sight.
However, there are currently no fire restrictions in the park. Campfires are only permitted in fire rings in campgrounds and some backcountry campsites. All campfires must be cold to the touch before abandoning them.
