The governor is only showing mild symptoms and will be working remotely for the time being.
CBS News reports that Governor Gordon’s office released a statement confirming the diagnosis Wednesday evening. The governor himself learned he tested positive Wednesday morning.
Now, the governor can add himself to the rapidly growing number of Wyoming residents who are battling COVID-19, less than a week after making the state’s public health orders more restrictive for the first time in several months
There are three other governors who have also tested positive: Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, Missouri Governor Mike Parson, and Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt.
This is a developing story. More details will be added as they become available.
