HOUSING IN CODY

I was recently reading a post on Facebook where someone was asking about the average rental prices in Cody. They were thinking about moving to Cody and most of the comments were telling them to think twice about moving here.
Not only are the rentals high, so is the housing market. It’s great if you own property and are selling, but not so great for families looking to move here or upgrading or downgrading their current residence.
I hope that this housing shortage doesn’t deter people from relocating to our great part of the country, God’s country! There are plenty of possibilities in the area for housing it’s just a matter of where you want to live and how far you would like to commute.
