How to Help Montana Flood Victims: A Dozen Verified GoFundMe Pages

Following historic and devastating flooding in both Park and Carbon County, Jeff Platt, Communications Manager and Spokesperson of GoFundMe says, “we are seeing a lot of activity on GoFundMe as people look to help.”

According to Platt, “The GoFundMe Trust & Safety Team has been proactively working to verify and ensure these fundraisers are legitimate and that the money donated gets to the intended recipients. As of now, the Trust & Safety team has verified a dozen fundraisers which have raised more than $35,000 combined to help flood victims in Montana.”
