Ken Straniere, PR and Marketing Director, along with Rachel Johnson, Manager of Memberships and Annual Giving, and Kirsten Michael, Exclusive Tours Coordinator, spoke about the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Ken gave an update on tourism, Rachel talked about Wyo Give which is a day of giving to charities and Kirsten spoke about private, guided tours that patrons and the public can take. They also talked about how social media is a huge tool that they are capitalizing on.
