Lady Warrior Basketball Continues To Improve

Eight weeks into the 2022-2023 Wyoming 3A Varsity Basketball season and the Lady Warriors continue to improve.

The Lady Warriors are 3-10 overall and 1-2 in Conference after a 45-31 win over Thermopolis.

The online Wyoming Sports Projection Site WyoPredicts @PredictsWyo put out their week 8 Power Rankings

WyoPreps put out the week 8 Coaches and Media Poll on Wednesday as well.

WyoPreps Coaches & Media Girls Basketball Poll

Both have the 15-1 Douglas Lady Kats at number 1 followed by Buffalo, Mountain View, and Lyman.

The difference in the 2 polls is at number 5 WyoPreps has the 8-2 Newcastle team, and WyoPredicts has the 13-2 Pinedale team.

As a tiebreaker, KWOR’s Poll had Pinedale at number 5.
