Lady Warrior Soccer Win Home Opener

The first home match of the season for the Worland Lady Warriors was Thursday against Conference opponent Douglas.
The match started quickly with Douglas sinking the net with a goal less than 3 minutes into the start of the match.

Wearing the Orange kits for the first time Worland would get the equalizer with an unassisted goal from Junior Rivers Carrell at the 26:07 mark in the first half.
Still, in the first half, Carrell would score her second unassisted goal at the 9:29 mark.
The Lady Warriors would hold the 2-1 lead for the remainder of the match.
Douglas had 18 shots on goal the entire match with Keeper Sophomore Mackenzie Ray having 17 saves.
